Part of the data is collected to guarantee a faultless provision of the website. Other data can be used to analyse your user behaviour.
What are your rights concerning your personal data?
You have the right at any time to obtain information about the origin and the recipients of your personal data as well as the purpose of their collection. You also have the right to demand the correction, blocking or deletion of these data. Concerning these and other data protection issues, you may contact us at the address mentioned in the web imprint at any time. You also have the right to appeal with the responsible regulatory authority.
You may also demand limited data processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. Regarding this topic, you will find further information in the paragraph “Right to Limited Processing” in the privacy statement.

When you visit our website your surf behaviour may be evaluated statistically. This is done primarily with the help of cookies and so-called analysis tools. Usually, your surf behaviour is analysed anonymously and it cannot be traced back to you.
You can revoke this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. You will find detailed information about these tools and your right to object in the following privacy statement.
2. General and compulsory information
The owner of this website takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We will keep your personal data confidential in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy statement.
When you use this website, various personal data are collected. The present privacy statement explains which data are collected and what purposes they are used for. It also states how this is done and to what end.
We would like to stress that data transfer on the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may involve gaps in security. It is not possible to protect such data completely against access by third parties.
Company responsible for data processing
The responsible entity for data processing on this website is:
Phone: +49 (0) 2163 - 929 99 07
‘Responsible entity’ stands for the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing (e.g. names, e-mail addresses and the like).
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only feasible with your explicit consent. You may at any time revoke any permission you have given us. You need only send us an informal e-mail. The legality of data processing carried out before your revocation remains unaffected from such revocation.
Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct advertising (paragraph 21 DSGVO)
If your personal data are processed in accordance with paragraph 6, section 1 lit. e or f DSGVO, you have the right to object to their processing at any time and for any personal reasons you might have. This also applies to profiling based on these regulations. More information on the legal basis of data processing is included in this document. If you object, we will stop processing the respective personal data unless we can provide compelling legitimate grounds having priority over your interests, rights and freedoms or unless data processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal rights (objection according to paragraph 21, section 1 DSGVO).
If your personal data are processed for direct advertising, you have the right to object to it at any time. This also applies to profiling linked to such direct advertising. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data for direct advertising purposes (objection according to paragraph 21, section 2 DSGVO).
Right to appeal with the responsible regulatory authority
In case of violation of the DSGVO, the party concerned has the right to appeal with a regulatory authority, particularly in the state of habitual residence or where the workplace is located or where the violation has supposedly taken place. The right to appeal persists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have a right to a handout of the data we process automatically based on your consent or in performance of a contract in a common, machine-readable format. This list can be handed out to you or a third party. If you ask for these data to be transmitted electronically, either to you or another responsible person, it can only be done as far as technically feasible.
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential contents, e.g. orders or inquiries you send to us as the website operator, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by your browser’s address line. It changes from “http://” to “https://” and displays a lock symbol. When the SSL or TLS encryption is active, the data you send us cannot be read by third parties.
Information, blocking, deletion
In the framework of the valid legal provisions, you have the right at any time to get free information on your personal data we stored, on their origin, their recipients and the purpose of data processing. You also have the right to have these data corrected, blocked or deleted. Concerning this and any other topic-related questions, you can contact Petra Weber, the person responsible for data processing, at any time.
Right to Limited Processing
You have the right to demand limited processing of your personal data. Concerning this issue, you may contact us at the address mentioned in the web imprint at any time. You have the right to limited processing under the following circumstances:
- If you deny the correctness of your personal data stored by us, it usually takes some time to check this. During that period of time, you have the right to demand limited processing of your personal data.
- If your personal data are being/were processed illegally, you can demand limited processing instead of data deletion.
- If we no longer need your personal data, but you need them to make, exert or defend legal claims, you can demand limited processing instead of data deletion.
- If you make an appeal according to paragraph 21, section 1 DSGVO, the interests of you and us must be reasonably weighed. As long as it is unclear whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand limited processing of your personal data.
When you have limited the processing of your personal data, these data may only be processed with your consent or to make, exert or defend legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or due to public interest of the European Union or one of its member states. This does not affect the storage of these data.

We hereby expressly prohibit the use of the contact data published as part of our duty to publish an imprint. Consequently, we prohibit sending us any unsolicited marketing and information material. The operator of this site expressly reserves the right to legal steps in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertisements, possibly via spam e-mails.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
This website uses the Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS). It is provided by Worldsoft AG, Churerstrasse 158, 8808 Pfäffikon, Switzerland. The Worldsoft Business Suite (WBS) is a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) organising and analysing data. If you send us an inquiry via a web form, all the data you enter including the contact data you enter is stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and to answer any future questions with Worldsoft AG in Switzerland. We will not forward these data for subsequent use without your consent.
After close examination, the EU Commission has confirmed that the level of data protection in Switzerland is as high as in the EU. Data transmission from the EU to Switzerland is permissible under the data protection laws. We have signed an agreement on contract data processing with Worldsoft AG binding it to carefully protect our client’s data and not to pass it on to third parties.
Data tagging by WBS
The WBS enables us to separate interested parties from clients by dividing them into categories (so-called tagging). Therefore, addresses can be sorted by sex, personal preferences (e.g. vegetarian or non-vegetarian) or customer relationship (e.g. existing or potential customer).
Inquiries by e-mail, phone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, phone or fax, your inquiry including all subsequent personal data (name, contents of inquiry) will be stored and processed to edit your query. We will not forward these data for subsequent use without your consent.
These data are processed on the basis of paragraph 6, section 1 lit. b DSGVO if your inquiry is connected to the performance of a contract or if it is required for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the processing of your personal data is based on your consent (paragraph 6, section 1 lit. a DSGVO) and/or on our legitimate interest (paragraph 6, section 1 lit. f DSGVO), as we have a legitimate interest in efficient processing of your query.
The data you entered into the contact form will be stored until you ask for them to be deleted, until you revoke their storage or until the purpose of storage becomes obsolete (e.g. after having processed your inquiry). Any legal provisions - particularly regarding the statutory storage periods - remain unaffected.

Google web fonts
To display fonts consistently, this website uses the so-called web fonts by Google. When loading a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
To this end, the browser you use does not connect with the servers of Google but with the servers of Worldsoft in Switzerland. Google will not gain knowledge of your IP address loading our website. Worldsoft will, however, gain knowledge about your IP-address while you use this website. Consequently, the use of Google Web Fonts leads to an attractive display of our online presence and benefits the reader. If your browser does not support Web Fonts, your computer will use another standard font.
